Terms of Service
This Web Hosting Agreement (this “Agreement”) is
between Adquarium Internet Solutions and the person (individual
or legal person) whose signs Adquarium’s Web Hosting service order
and set up form (the “Order”) incorporating this
Agreement by reference (“Customer”). This Agreement
governs Customer’s use of Adquarium’s Web hosting service.

Billing
The you will be billed automatically each
year or every six months depending on how
the customer wants it.
Refunds
We will fully refund all payments within 30 days.
This refund does not include any domain registration
fees.
All refunds shall be accomodated 30 days within
the activation of the product. After 30 days,
there will be no more refunds or chargebacks.
Fees Increase
Adquarium Web Hosting reserves the right to
increase the fees indicated in this service.
We will notify current subscribers about any
fluctuations in fees 30 days before the application
of increase. Fee increase will be guaranteed
to be lower or equal to 10% of the current price.
Disclaimer Warranties
Adquarium Web Hosting does not warrant or guarantees
that the services will be UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE
or COMPLETELY SECURE. To the full extent of the law,
Adquarium Web Hosting disclaims any and all warranties
including the IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
NON-INFRINGEMENT and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To the extent applicable by law, all services are provided
on a "AS IS" basis.
